At the darker edge of the Orchardmere harvest, the damson trees are laden with their deep purple fruit — rich, jewel-like and just a little more mysterious than their rosy-cheeked neighbours.
Damson Delights begins with juicy plum and cassis entwined with rose, bergamot and orange. Beneath them, black cherry and prune deepen the fruitiness while cinnamon, clove and nutmeg bring the unmistakable warmth of autumn.
As the fragrance settles, patchouli, vanilla, tonka bean, soft musk and a hint of candy sweetness create something rich, comforting and rather enchanting — the darker, fruitier side of the Orchardmere harvest.
